A unique seed bread that is gluten-free, flour-free, sugar-free, egg-free, dairy-free, yeast-free, preservative-free. Whole, de-hulled buckwheat seeds are soaked to activate the germination process, then drained to lose enzyme inhibitors. Ground with water and sea salt. Fermented for 24 hours, then baked, sliced and chilled.
This product is frozen.
