Darling Sweet came into existence when Frits van Ryneveld and Hentie van der Merwe met in September 2013 and decided to start a toffee factory in their hometown, Darling. They have created the most delectable, old fashioned, handcrafted toffees, without adding preservatives or any synthetic ingredients. They researched long-forgotten toffee recipes and experimented late into the night to perfect the recipe for their now famous butter-rich toffees.
