Woodstock Bakery is a testament to how bread should be. Products made using stone-ground flour containing no additives or preservatives. Slow mixing and a minimum 18-hour fermentation allows for full flavour & enzyme development, minimal oxidation (nutrient loss), and easily digested bread. All gently hand shaped and baked in a wood-fired Spanish oven at high temperatures for a beautiful bold crust, and moist crumb.
Ingredients: Rye flour, Wheat flour, Salt and Water.
Allergens: Made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
Storage Instructions: Store out of the fridge, preferrably in a paper bag.
