Caroline’s Rusks is a small business started by Caroline Dodzo in Cape Town. Caroline has started this business to support her family back in Zimbabwe and was bourn out of her passion for baking and making delicious rusks. The rusks are like no other rusks, packed full of sunflower seeds and only made with real butter.
Ingredients: Flour, bran flakes, sunflower seeds, butter, buttermilk, eggs, salt.
Allergens: Wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs.
Storage Instructions: Store in an airtight container once open, can keep for up to 2 weeks.
