Le Pain de Papa's mix is gluten free, low in carbs with no added sugar, and a high nut flour content (more than 40%). It is packed in a compostable bag by Ukama Packaging Solutions, a social enterprise that empowers and uplifts the Vrygrond community.
"Our business is a family run business; the recipe is my father’s (he is passionate about healthy eating) and I run the day-to-day operations. We have been eating gluten free and low carb for more than 10 years as a family and my father developed this recipe for us to enjoy. Le Pain de Papa (dad’s bread in French) is named as such as my mum is French and no family recipe would be complete without her influence."
Ingredients: Almond nut flour, macadamia nut flour, sunflower seed flour, oat bran, coconut flour, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, xanthan gum, psyllium husk powder, raising agent.
Allergens: Nuts. This product is packed in a factory that uses wheat (gluten), tree nuts, soybeans, milk products, celery, mustard and sesame.
