Sweet and tangy, a classic South African flavour.We add fresh, uncooked granadilla pulp to a sweet cream base, to make a plain granadilla flavour ice cream.
We make ice cream by hand, in an ever-changing range of flavours, at our ice cream HQ in Salt River, Cape Town. We only use natural ingredients, and no artificial colourants, preservatives or stabilizers and all our flavours and toppings are completely vegetarian. Wherever possible, we buy local ingredients, in season. We love working directly with growers and producers, and can tell you where a lot of our fruit was grown, down to the farm name.
Ingredients: Full cream milk, granadilla juice, pouring cream, white cane sugar, egg yolks, sea salt.
Storage Instructions: Ice cream should remain frozen until serving, between -16-18C. Our ice cream doesn’t contain any preservatives, colourants or artificial ingredients, so please eat within one week of opening.
