All of Kleinsky's breads & pastries are baked at their offsite bakery kitchen using traditional recipes & methods. Their bagels are hand-rolled, slow fermented overnight & boiled in honey water before baking.
Opened in 2014 by brothers Adam & Joel Klein, Kleinsky's Deli blends traditional Jewish recipes with the best local ingredients to bring a slice of New York to Cape Town.
