SECTION 1 - SHIPPING POLICY
- Granadilla Eats offers Next Day Delivery on all orders (for orders placed on Saturdays, delivery will be on Mondays).
- For orders placed with Next Day Delivery, delivery will take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Please see our delivery schedule below (these times may vary on the day of your delivery).
- City Bowl & Atlantic Seaboard - between 9am and 12pm.
- Southern Suburbs - between 12pm and 4pm.
- Northern Suburbs - between 2pm and 6pm.
- For orders placed for Same Day Delivery (only available 9am - 2pm, Monday - Saturday, to central CPT areas), delivery will take place within 1-2 hours.
- Delivery times will vary in accordance with the geographical location of each delivery address and our route optimisation system
- Delivery fees are dependent on the location of the recipient. Information regarding delivery fees can be found in our FAQs.
- If a delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the warehouse and a second delivery attempt will only take place once the customer has confirmed their availability.
- All deliveries are to be contactless for the safety of the delivery personnel and customers, both parties are to adhere to contactless delivery protocol.
SECTION 2 - RETURN & REFUND POLICY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items delivered are what the customer ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the products, unless there is a fault with the item, or if an item has been delivered incorrectly. If you experience any problems when you receive your order please contact us directly.
