Terms & Conditions
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING POLICY
- All products purchased on our site will be delivered within 1-2 days from when the order is made.
- Orders within Cape Town will be shipped within our operating delivery hours 10:00 - 16:00 each day; outlying orders will be refunded within 2 weeks.
- Delivery times will vary in accordance with the geographical location of each Registered User and/or Guest (Guest Check Out) according to our route optimization system
- Delivery fees are dependent on the location of the recipient and are completed by Granadilla’s preferred courier service.
- If a delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the warehouse and a second delivery attempt will only take place once the customer has confirmed their availability and within the scope of Feel Good Market’s daily capacity.
- All deliveries are to be contactless for the safety of the delivery personnel and customers, both parties are to adhere to contactless delivery protocol.
SECTION 2 - RETURN & REFUND POLICY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items delivered are what the customer ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of the products, unless there is a fault with the item, or if an item has been delivered incorrectly. If you experience any problems when you receive your order please contact us directly.
