The halloumi is handmade by Gillian Phillips using a traditional cypriot family recipe passed on to her. She have been making cheese for 18 years, and halloumi for the past 10 years.
Ingredients: Jersey milk, Salt, Vegetarian rennet, Calcium chloride (suitable for lacto vegetarians).
Allergens: Cow's milk.
Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated.
